FAQs

Do you take my insurance?

We are an out of network provider (OON) for physical therapy and happy to provide you with a superbill for the services provided. Many patients with private insurance receive reimbursement ranging from 30-70% of the visit price after they meet the qualifying out of network deductible. Due to Medicare laws, we are not able to provide a superbill for reimbusement purposes. We encourage all Medicare beneficiaries to be seen by an in network provider.

We highly value structuring our business so that we are able be one-on-one with each patient the entire duration of your visit. With this structure, we are able to take all the necessary time needed to listen to you, diagnose the driver of your symptoms, provide high level hands-on treatment and educate you on your path forward.

Do you do in-home visits?

We will do in-home visits upon request but we typically see all patients at our office. We understand you are busy and you may have other reasons you prefer to be seen in the comfort of your own home. We are happy to come to you in these cases and will provide everything you need for exceptional care. If you will be regularly receiving home-based treatments, you may consider purchasing your own massage table.

What is the cost?

We highly recommend being seen for a minimum of 60 minutes for each scheduled visit. There are circumstances where there may be a financial need for assistance in cost. For this reason, we are offering generous package discounts. Please connect with us to inquire about cost or click the book appointment button below for pricing.

How do I find out if this is right for me?

Shoot us an email in which case we can chat this way or request quick 15-20 minute phone conversation to see if we are a good fit for you. If you are not quite ready to be seen for a functional manual therapy visit, check out our connect page for more information on ways to join our community.

What should I wear to my appointments?

Please come to your first session with exercise clothes available that you will feel comfortable moving in. Keep in mind, our approach requires skin access to the appropriate areas. If you have pain with standing or walking, please bring the shoes you most commonly walk in.

We may ask for you to remove certain articles of clothing so we can best assess and/or provide treatment. If you feel uncomfortable in any way based on a particular assessment or treatment, please let your therapist know and we will adapt!

Do you accept my FSA/HSA card?

In most cases, Yes! If your card is tied to a major credit card we will be able to accept your FSA/HSA card.
